Job Responsibilities:
receive orders, arrange space booking, trailer, customs declaration, goods tracking, settlement and other matters
Make and file all kinds of documents and other related documents of maritime transport, be responsible for recording the accounts receivable and payable, and arrange the invoice call.
Docking plant and overseas agents, timely provision of professional information consultation and necessary documentation.
Be flexible in dealing with all kinds of emergencies to ensure the smooth departure of the goods
Customer complaints, dispute handling and other related work assigned by superior.
job requirements:
Familiar with freight forwarder / international logistics industry process, more than one year experience in shipping / land / air / operating customer service;
Familiar with one-stop customer service, operation, document workflow
Major in international trade / business English / logistics management is preferred, good English reading and writing skills
Foxmail,outlook Familiar with FMS system priority, such as Foxmail, outcom, etc.
